Quibell 5, Henrik Von Rckermann's accomplice at the highest level, is the modern mare par excellence : chic, fast and respectful.
Quibell 5 combines the qualities of three of the world's best show jumping stallions : Quintero x Cento x Cor de la Bryère. This extremely complementary combination combines power, technique and elegance.
His dam, I-Corinna (by Cento) has a fine pedigree, with 4 offspring jumping classes at 140cm and over.
Her granddam, K-Corinna (by Cor de la Bryère) produced Lancaster, a Grand Prix 160cm performer under the Austrian saddle of Roland Englbrecht.
The female offspring of Cor de la Bryère and Cento are of rare quality, and therefore highly sought-after !
Quibell 5, all the qualities of a true sport mare
Quibell 5 is a very sporty mare. She's made in the blood, with a powerful hindquarters and superb jumping technique. Her natural qualities have endowed her with remarkable ease over jumps : applied with an innate sense of the bar, the mare has a quick forehand movement and a magnificent back passage.
She was extremely consistent throughout her international career with 3 riders. Often clear of faults and placed in 150cm classes, she also competed successfully in several 155cm and 160cm Grand Prix events.
Passing on rare qualities
Quibell 5 passes on her potential to her offspring. Her one and only offspring, Chando II (by Con Air), seems to have the same aptitudes as her champion dam. At 9 years old, he was already placed in the 155cm Grand Prix with T. Voss.
Falling under the spell of Quibell 5 is not an admission of weakness, but simply the recognition of his exceptional qualities !
